When I ask peeps to sign up what I mean is to sign up for the period. I do it every time, because you can be a member and not necessarily want to participate. So, before I make the partners match, I post the sign up disscussion to make sure I've got people who can commit to the partner and do the swap.

- One of the gifts I asked for (Xmas) was the magazine spin off... (^_^) I don't spin, clearing some of my stash recently I contacted a spinner and had her come for some of my llama and misc fibres that I'd cleaned but not carded. I can't bear to part with most of it.. so it sits all around me in tote boxes and drawers. Artistic expression is and always be one of my soul satisfying pastimes I too was diagnosed with FMS.. mine hardly bothers me now.. Now I have type 2 diabetes to contend with. life is such an adventure..

- Thanks so much for choosing me as a friend. BTW, I love your felted creations!!! I was a hand spinner for many years and still have TONS of wool left in my studio. I have severe fibromyalgia, so spinning helped me keep my hands loose. Unfortunately, my wheel has set idle for several years now, since I again picked up brushes, pencils, and pastels. Knowing me, I will eventually return to the wheel; however, spinning gave me a real sense of peace. I'm glad that you like my cat! It's the "one that got away" in a sense, because I sold the original a couple of years ago. I've always liked it, too, because of the startled look on the cat's face. I had a gray cat once that actually looked just like that when he was startled! Thanks again, and welcome to my "friends list." I hope to see more of your creations, too!
